We don’t have banker’s hours because we are not a bank. We are a small firm that allows us to have total control of our client’s loans, we process our own files and deal with underwriters directly, unlike a big corporate lender that has a dozen hands in each loan. We are mortgage brokers so we have lenders that compete for our business, this allows us to have multiple loan options that some lenders cannot provide. We have the ability to focus on customer service instead of dealing with Corporate policies. Less overhead on our end means better rates and lower fees for borrowers.
